Greg has 20-years in modular construction & manufactured housing, leading the construction / assembly of over 7,000 modular buildings and manufactured homes. Most recently Greg served as CEO of a multi-family modular construction firm, a PE backed company building manufactured oil field housing and previously held senior positions at a large modular building & rental firm. In addition to home assembly, Greg has extensive experience as general contractor building oil field housing facilities including the transport and installation of mobile homes from factory to facility. Clayton and Greg have worked together since 2016 designing, building, transporting & installing modular housing at Rabbit Hill.
Mr. Dodd is responsible for land acquisition sourcing & development activities, underwriting & analysis processes for capital market activities within the Fund. Mr. Dodd started his professional career as a Credit Analyst for the middle market commercial lending group at Cadence Bank. While serving with Cadence Bank, Mr. Dodd underwrote ~
Mr. Dodd is responsible for land acquisition sourcing & development activities, underwriting & analysis processes for capital market activities within the Fund. Mr. Dodd started his professional career as a Credit Analyst for the middle market commercial lending group at Cadence Bank. While serving with Cadence Bank, Mr. Dodd underwrote ~$750MM worth in senior term debt, bridge loans, and revolving lines of credit for the General Commercial & Industrial, Specialty Chemical, Midstream Oil and Gas, Commercial Real Estate, and Technology groups. Mr. Dodd spent six years as an Airborne Infantryman in the U.S. Army where he saw combat operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He is currently a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserves serving as an Aide-de-Camp to the Commanding General of the 86th Training Command. He received a BBA in Entrepreneurship from the Cyvia and Melvyn Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston.

In this role, Dulce is responsible for overseeing the Pilot Community’s rental activities, including the maintenance of Stabilization, guest profile improvement, asset management, licensing contract terminations and associated guest evictions, maintenance, community relations and oversight of capital projects. Prior to Rabbit Hill, Dulce was the office manager responsible for a local utility construction firm. Her responsibilities in this role included contract management, billing, account collections, administration, human resource management, and logistics.

Prior to co-founding Gated Rentals (2021) and Rabbit Hill (2017), Clayton worked in client development at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, co-founded the Quick Reaction Foundation (a 501c3 serving the needs of the Special Operations Community) and was an intelligence officer in the US Navy assigned to US Special Operations Command.
Clayton is married to Holly Rice and they have two children, Harrison (4) and Lovett Rene (2). Clayton is a graduate of Rice University (MBA), Southern Methodist University (BBA) and New Mexico Military Institute (HS).
