  Greg has 20-years in modular construction & manufactured housing, leading the construction / assembly of over 7,000 modular buildings and manufactured homes. Most recently Greg served as CEO of a multi-family modular construction firm, a PE backed company building manufactured oil field housing and previously held senior positions at a large modular building & rental firm. In addition to home assembly, Greg has extensive experience as general contractor building oil field housing facilities including the transport and installation of mobile homes from factory to facility. Clayton and Greg have worked together since 2016 designing, building, transporting & installing modular housing at Rabbit Hill.

Mr. Dodd is responsible for land acquisition sourcing & development activities, underwriting & analysis processes for capital market activities within the Fund. Mr. Dodd started his professional career as a Credit Analyst for the middle market commercial lending group at Cadence Bank. While serving with Cadence Bank, Mr. Dodd underwrote ~$750MM worth in senior term debt, bridge loans, and revolving lines of credit for the General Commercial & Industrial, Specialty Chemical, Midstream Oil and Gas, Commercial Real Estate, and Technology groups. Mr. Dodd spent six years as an Airborne Infantryman in the U.S. Army where he saw combat operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He is currently a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserves serving as an Aide-de-Camp to the Commanding General of the 86th Training Command. He received a BBA in Entrepreneurship from the Cyvia and Melvyn Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston.

Freddy has 10 years in pipeline and utility construction leadership most recently serving as the General Manager / COO of a pipeline construction firm. Prior thereto, he led a $200mm division of Williams Pipeline Construction serving customers like Exxon, BP, etc. Prior to Williams, Freddy was an Infantry Officer in the Marine Corps after receiving his degree in electrical engineering from the US Naval academy. In Freddy’s prior role, RHR rented heavy construction equipment, had the equipment serviced, made improvements and provided construction consulting services.

Dulce has been the property manager and bookkeeper for Rabbit Hill since 2019. In this role, Dulce is responsible for overseeing the Pilot Community’s rental activities, including the maintenance of Stabilization, guest profile improvement, asset management, licensing contract terminations and associated guest evictions, maintenance, community relations and oversight of capital projects. Prior to Rabbit Hill, Dulce was the office manager responsible for a local utility construction firm. Her responsibilities in this role included contract management, billing, account collections, administration, human resource management, and logistics.

Clayton is a Managing Partner & CEO of Gated Rentals, co-founder of Rabbit Hill Rentals and Chairman of the Quick Reaction Foundation (501c3). Clayton is an experienced real estate developer, investor, and operator of modular-build-for-rent communities designed and managed for working class families.  Clayton currently serves on the investment committee of Gated Rentals GP, LLC and the Hagerman Family Business.  

Prior to co-founding Gated Rentals (2021) and Rabbit Hill (2017), Clayton worked in client development at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, co-founded the Quick Reaction Foundation (a 501c3 serving the needs of the Special Operations Community) and was an intelligence officer in the US Navy assigned to US Special Operations Command. 

Clayton is married to Holly Rice and they have two children, Harrison (4) and Lovett Rene (2). Clayton is a graduate of Rice University (MBA), Southern Methodist University (BBA) and New Mexico Military Institute (HS).   

James has 25+ year career as CEO and board member of technology and manufacturing companies. For the previous 4 years, James served as CEO of ZXP Technologies, a 24 x 7 x 365 process manufacturing company annually producing ~$1 billion in retail value of blended and packaged lubricants for Shell, BP, Exxon, Total, etc.. For 12 years prior thereto, he served as Chairman and CEO of CHR Solutions, a technology firm providing engineering, infrastructure and software services to telecommunication firms growing the business to 750+ employees. Prior to Partner, James served as an advisor to RHR documenting and improving policies, process and procedures
